How do you wear a lapel pin           professionally?

 General rule
1. A lapel pin should always be on the left side of your outfit, where your heart is located. Many people make that mistake, they feel it can be placed on any side of their outfit, which is totally wrong.

2. The Boutonnieres should not be used on a casual day, to work or on a business attire, the flower lapel pin shouldn't be used on native attire, instead a long stem, badge, will fit perfectly.

 3. Too many accessories can give a shabby look to your whole outfit, using a tie, pocket square, collar pin, and lapel pin is too much a accessory, it's either u replace one of the accessory or avoid using the lapel pin.

4. If using the lapel pin on a suit, there's a button hole on the left part of the suit, it's there to place your lapel pin directly into. And on shirt or native attires, carefully pierce into outfit in line with your chest region, it shouldn't be too low or highly placed.
In our next article we'll talk about how to combine different colour of lapel pin with your outfit.
